All Rao Rao orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

We ship using Australia Post with tracking provided on all orders. A tracking link will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

We are currently only shipping to Australia.

Processing time: 1–3 business days
Delivery time: 2–7 business days depending on location

All Australian orders include 10% GST in the listed price.

No additional taxes or duties will be charged on delivery.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During collection launches or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
