Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you require a different size, we accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging — along with proof of purchase.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

To arrange an exchange, please contact us at info@raorao.studio prior to returning your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and arrange a resolution where appropriate.
